2nd Annual Champagne Dinner - General Public Pricing

Join us for our 2nd Annual Champagne Dinner on Saturday, January 25th at 6pm at the vineyard that promises to be a night of culinary delight and sparkling elegance. Each couple will enjoy a bottle of our signature 2020 Blanc de Blancs as they embark on a 4-course culinary experience, beautifully curated by the talented Chef Keith Stringer of the Six28 House BnB in Elkin. Frank Sinatra Tribute will perform by Sina Tracey.

Amuse Bouche - Ahi Tuna bite, fried wonton, asian slaw

1st Course - Sweet Potato Bisque with roasted red pepper

2nd Course - Scallop on the Beach. Seared sea scallop, cauliflower purée, toasted hazelnut

3rd Course - Pouched Chicken in a Blanc de Blancs tarragon cream sauce, roasted potatoes, fennel, peas, pancetta

4th Course - Pear Almandine Tart, pear reduction sauce
