April 12th - Raclette Cheese Pairing

Join us for our Wine and Cheese Pairing event on Sunday, April 12th at 1pm in the Champagne Room. We will be trying something different this time. Come experience Raclette, a semi-hard alpine cheese from Switzerland and France, melted in our Raclette Oven and served with potatoes, grilled vegetables, and an assortment of cured meats. A wide variety of Christian Paul wines will be served. Come hungry and ready to learn!
